Unity Health Care Solutions
Unity Health Care Solutions is a CQC-regulated care provider. We strive to supply the highest quality of home care in Northumberland.
Our Services
Domiciliary Care (Home Care), Live-In Care, Short and Long Stay, Respite and Staff Supply. We will support you from the comfort of your own home. We are only a phone call away. If you prefer, you can also email us. After your initial enquiry, we will arrange an assessment of your needs and see how we can support you to reach your goals. Don’t worry, this assessment is non-obligatory, and at any point, you can stop it. Once you are happy with what we have to offer, we will introduce you to a competent staff who will support you in a person-centred way.

“For the journey that’s life”
The Head Office of Unity Health Care Solutions Ltd is located in Hexham. However, we also support individuals out of the area. The Company was established explicitly out of personal experience, passion and commitment to providing high-quality care for adults 18+. We always put the needs and preferences of our clients at the forefront of our actions and ensure that our service promotes independence and enhances the quality of life.
Our recruitment process
The stakes are high, and we want to ensure that your carer is someone you can trust and rely on. It’s never easy to let a new person into your own home, and we understand that. That’s why we go above and beyond to ensure all our staff can provide the highest-quality service.
Our priority is that you receive the quality of care you expect and nothing less. That’s why our recruitment process is simple. From the initial in-person assessment through official checks right to the simple and most effective question: “Would I trust this person to look after my relative?”
We are committed to preventing acts of modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chain. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. If you would like to receive a copy of our Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement, please contact us.
