Domiciliary Care Services
This service provides personal care for people who are living in their own homes. Individual needs may vary greatly but packages of care given are designed to meet individual needs.
The person is visited at their own homes at various times in the day and the care is provided over 24 hours. Individual needs are discussed /agreed, and a person-cantered care plan is put in place which is reviewed regularly.
