Activities of daily living

Our goal is to provide reliable, compassionate support that empowers you to manage daily life smoothly.

TeleCare

A daily phone call can brighten a person’s day and provide much-needed comfort. Our telephone service is a lifeline for those who feel lonely, isolated, or confused, and it brings peace of mind to their families. It’s available to anyone, whether they are a client of ours or not.

Our lovely team members will do more than just chat. They’ll also offer gentle reminders about medication, upcoming events, and meals. We believe companionship and a friendly voice are essential, and we’re committed to making sure nobody has to go through life feeling alone.

Social activities

A learning disability shouldn’t stop you from living life to the fullest. Our care is designed to help you get out and about, empowering you to enjoy the world around you. We’ll support you in pursuing your interests, from visits to the cinema or swimming lessons to exciting days out at the park, zoo, or museum.

We can also help you stay connected with family and friends, ensuring your social life stays as vibrant as you are.

Additional Support:
When a Call isn’t Enough

Sometimes, a quick chat reveals a bigger need. That’s why our Telephone Service includes the option for an emergency visit *. If we identify that a client needs a carer to attend to them in person, we can arrange for a visit right away. This extra layer of support offers reassurance to our clients and takes the worry off their loved ones’ shoulders.

*Additional charges apply for emergency call-outs.
