Supported Living

Supported Living

These services involve a person being in a home and receiving the care or support to promote their independence. The care that is given to the person is regulated by the Care Quality Commission, but their accommodation is not. Continuous support is given to the people and is tailored according to individual needs. This support aims at enabling people to be as independent as they possibly can and usually involves social support rather than nursing care

The Company provides Supported Living services to 18+ years old with handicap/disabilities, those who are developmentally challenged or other vulnerable persons leaving care, hospitals, etc. and or at risk of being homeless. We aim to provide a happy and safe place to live as well as an excellent quality of care. Our objectives are to train our staff and to offer real choice to support and assist service users in becoming as independent as they possibly can. Services may vary due to personalised care needs, but Unity is committed to providing the best care.
