Staffing & Qualifications
Unity Health Care Solutions provides support staff correlating with the needs of the service users. Each client will be assessed before the commencement of care. Assessment will enable Unity’s team to provide personalised care and support. Any additional support needs identified after services have been commenced will be provided in addition to the basic care agreement with funding authority approval.
Unity recognises that for most service users, the most important people in the organisation are the support workers with whom service users will have regular contact. Hence, Unity Health Care Solutions staff have experience working with clients with various needs and undergo continuous quality checks and training to ensure they are up to date with best practices and can provide the best quality support.

Mandatory training implemented in the induction program include:
